Enhancing Flavours…

During the Covid 19 lockdown in Saigon… we didn’t sleep..we have been working on enhancing the flavors of the food on our menu…

We have a new improved recipe for Churros.. (From a famous Churrería in Mexico City) along with the Cajeta & Chocolate sauce… it’s really Muy Bueno. We have also changed some process on our slow cooked Beef Barbacoa, adding a finishing sauce to the slow cooked brisket, our Carnitas and Al Pastor have had a twist too..Plus Our New Fish Taco on a pumpkin and corn tortilla.. see picture below
